Drones are an expensive investment - and our hobbyist training course can ensure first-time pilots can learn to fly these amazing machines in a safe and controlled environment at our flying field.
Our "Bootcamp" course is an intensive 3-hour course designed to get you flying within one day. Pilots will have the opportunity to:

Practice flying virtually on our Simulators.

Learn more about how drones work from our Theory Session.

Fly outdoors at our Airfield with our Training Drones.
If you already know how to fly please contact us for a Certification Test.

DCAA License Acquisition
Once you receive your Training Certificate, you can apply for an RPAS License from the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority. Our staff can assist with further information if required.
The course fee also includes pilot certification.

Course Duration
The course is comprised of 3 modules which are divided into theoretical session, flight simulator training and practical flight training.
Introduction to Civil Aviation
We endeavor to ensure you are aware of local regulations. However, please remember to register and check with local Civil Aviation Authorities for the latest regulations.
Simulation Track Course
Our virtual simulators save you the hassle of crashing your expensive drone during the learning phase of the course.
Theory Assessment
Theory is an important part of courseware, our Bootcamp courses teach you about the basics of how drones work. Our advanced courses go into further detail.
Flight Testing
Having a safe space to fly is extremely important. At Sanad we have access to dedicated spaces with shades and seating to allow you to fly your drone in comfort.
